What is a WebQuest?

• Think of it as an activity students can do on the
  internet.
• The teacher sets up the lesson right on the
  computer and all the resources and templates are
  embedded in the presentation.

What to Know?

• WebQuest usually lasts 1-3 periods.
• Students generally work in groups. This is a
  good way of implementing cooperative learning.
• Resources should be embedded into the project.
  For example, if students are exploring Reader
  Awards, the resource for finding this information
  could be embedded in the Quest, like this one.
