5 UK Anti Bribery Act 2010

6Eligibility Requirements
- Currently delivering vocational training in
Northern Uganda - Currently teaching or have ability to teach non
formal courses in Northern Uganda - 3 years prior experience of delivering vocational
training courses - Be registered with the URA and have paid all tax
due/ or be exempt - Have three years of audited accounts
- Key directors /partners not be the subject of
criminal prosecutions.

- Sub-regions are fixed but proposed location may
vary but bidders must show how theyll cover the
youth in proposed location - Can apply for a neighbouring lot if you know that
you can cover the geographical requirement in
that area.

12Selection of Shortlist
- Assessed and scored by VSO programme staff ,
financial staff and overseen by independent
observor - Results ratified by Deputy Country Director
- Those shortlisted will have to pass minimum
criteria and score 50 overall - Maximum of 3 for each lot
- Could be less just 1 per lot
- If no one scores 50 will have to directly
approach people - Will feedback to all scores in relation to others
anonymously
