The Big Picture

• The execution oftranslation projects involves a
  lot of file transfers between the project
  members
• These transfers are prone to errors because they
  involve manual processing.
• The translation workflow replaces email
  communication. It controls the Web-upload and
  downloads of every file, allowing the Project
  Member to track the state of every file,
  identifying errors and delays rapidly.
• Translation jobs are imported with wordcounts
  from Trados or another translation memory.
• The translation workflow is integrated with the
  freelance database, incident management,
  discussion forums, project cost tracking and
  invoicing
