  participants to the same level of understanding.
• Take stock of past experiences and draw lessons
  both from successes and failures

  experience /lessons at the national, regional and
  continental levels ( Lagos Plan of Action, Abuja
  Treaty, MIP, NEPAD, PIDA, Peace and Security,
  Governance, Human Rights etc)
