Frilled Lizard

• This animal comes from the family of the
  reptiles. It could be small but it might be
  dangerous if you get near.

Measures

• The frilled lizard grows to around 45-90cm in
  length, about two-thirds of its length is its
  tail.

Their defense

• These reptiles use their hind legs to escape.
  They also use the skin because when an enemy
  tries to eat them up these animals have a skin
  that frightens the enemy.

Habitat

• These are the maps showing where the Frilled
  Lizard lives. It lives in north Australia and
  Papua New Guinea.

What do they eat ?

• The Frilled Lizard eats Insects, Spiders, Small
  Mammals, Birds, Larger Lizards and Snakes.
