Exam Instructions

• Leave empty seat between you and your neighbor
• Closed book exam
  No hats
• No formula sheet allowed except for one provided
• Calculator allowed
• Turn off cell phones and any other WI-FI
  connection
• Bubble-in your test number on answer sheet (use
  76-80)
• Its listed on the top left and right corners of
  your exam
• Bubble-in your name, UF ID, and your answers!
• Print name and sign question sheet
• CHECK EVERYTHING TWICE!
• ERASE COMPLETELY ALL CORRECTIONS, OR TAKE A NEW
  ANSWER SHEET!
• Place photo ID on desk for TA or professor to
  check
• File question sheet in wooden box in alphabetical
  order
• Period 4 after turning in exam, please take a
  seat until period ends, then please exit through
  the right (west) side of auditorium
