  • Do you think it was illegal, unethical, or
    neither for Kelly to take the database home and
    query the data?
  • It was illegal and unethical for Kelly to take
    the database home as it contained confidential
    information about the company.

    boss that while he was doing the backup he found
    something odd and so thought of reporting it.

    contains the data within the whole company
    database. Organizations should establish good
    policies on handling electronic documents. Go
    over the rules and violations.
