Concentration

• At least 18 credits
• Typically P-12 PhD students use this to complete
  certification requirements
• We are proposing to do a superintendent track in
  this cohort
• Students with an EdS from Clemson may apply those
  credits toward this requirement

Cognate

• At least 6 credits
• These courses are taken outside of EDL
• These classes give you the knowledge base to help
  complete your dissertation

• At least 12 credits plus internship and
  dissertation hours

Program Delivery

• Preliminary Courses will be delivered through
  WPEC in Greenwood, online, or hybrid
• All Concentration courses will be delivered
  through WPEC in Greenwood

Program Cost

• 750 per class billed through WPEC
• Clemson tuition for doctoral classes is 370 per
  credit PLUS fees
• No fees charged through this program for classes
  billed through the cohort
