25Interactions of CASDE
- CASDE has setup a network of faculty within IIT
with whom regular interactions take place. - CASDE is in constant touch with scientists
working in all major aerospace organizations. - CASDE has also involved faculty/students from
other engineering colleges e.g. MIT Chennai,
Parks College Coimbatore, CUSAT Cochin, in
various activities.
26Current Status
- Phase-I Objectives have been met.
- SE Specialization Introduced
- Aerospace SE Information Lab. Created
- Modelling Simulation Lab. set up
- System Level Studies Carried Out
- Awareness of MDO Created
- Our view is that, Phase-I of CASDE can be
considered to be technically complete.
