  • Trainings for Customers (Business Partners or
    End-users)
  • Trainings requests for Customers can be raised
    via the following sources
  • Via projects
  • Via Sales / Prospects
  • Via Support
  • Online (public or partner) via MyBarco.com
  • Customer Trainings can be Standard or Custom.
  • Standard Trainings can be published and scheduled
    OR can be given on demand (catalogue modus)
  • Custom trainings are based upon
    specific/developed content. Custom trainings can
    become part of Standard Training catalogue if
    applicable
  • Decision upon customized versus standardized
    training delivery is considered to be
    division-specific. Registration process itself
    should/could be the same across divisions
  • In the longer term consider the opportunity to
    manage trainings for Customers more from a value
    and/or profit center approach
