4Comps Rough and Final
- Rough comps or draft compositions allow you to
experiment with ideas and media without spending
the time to polish them. You can show them to a
client before they have to pay a lot of money for
you to create something.

11Techniques to Play With
12Watercolors and markers (techniques)
Watercolors are creative and flexible for
rendering ideas. - Adding water makes colors
lighter. - Working dryer makes colors darker. -
Create a wet area before applying watercolors and
let each area dry before moving on, unless you
want the colors to merge. Using watercolors with
black marker outlines (after they dry) can be
easy ways to render creative ideas. Cutting out
shapes can be a creative option.
