• Hello Everyone!!!
• Our schedule is back to normal? We will finish
  up My Side of The
• Mountain this week. Our next story will be
  Paddle to The Sea. 4th graders
• will be doing an interview with Sam, the main
  character in MSOTM.
• Our spelling this week and for the remainder of
  the year will be a combination of assist words
  along with students misspelled words in everyday
  writing. I have had them hold on to the variety
  of writing assignments we have been working on
  and we will gather their spelling words from
  there.
• We have finished up Mothers Day, but if you have
  not sent in a picture yet, please do so, so we
  can put the finishing touches on our present.
• 4th graders are continuing their Michigan
  newspapers. They look great!
• Our new chapter in math is on perimeter and area.
• We are continuing with magnets and electricity in
  science.
• The past two years have given me a new
  appreciation for my Mom, Grandmas, and of course
  Moms of students in my class. While reading the
  kids writing, I was so touched at all the
  wonderful ways you make your kids feel so loved
  and special.
• Have a wonderful Mothers Day weekend.
