NEW Proposal for the 2007 Muon Conference

• Let us propose/prepare a set of possible talks
  (arguments) (Dec 2006 CMS week)
• Let us submit a list of people interested in a
  2007 conference (Dec 2006 CMS week)
• Abstract has to be approved by to the Muon Inst
  Board (March 2006)
• Talk has to send to all the muon people at least
  2 weeks before the conference in order to make
  corrections.
