19Triggers for Maintenance Orders
- Lafayette Utilities uses triggers to generate
Maintenance Orders. In the case of Electric
Meter Maintenance, the Commercial Meters are
triggered for calibration after a time interval.
This way, a percentage of meters is being
calibrated every month. If a meter is reported
by a customer and routinely recalibrated, the
trigger is adjusted so that meters next
calibration will be triggered in the allotted
time interval.
