1 Enemies of theCross of Christ
2Philippians 318-19
- For many walk, of whom I have told you often,

glory is in their shame who set their mind on
earthly things.

your neighbor and hate your enemy. 44 But I say
to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse
you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for
those who spitefully use you and persecute you.
Enemies of Christs disciples had cursed, hated
and abused them.
4Matthew 1325, 28, 39
- (23), But while men slept, his enemy came and
sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. - (28), He said to them, An enemy has done this.

go and gather them up? - (39), The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the
harvest is the end of the
age, and the reapers are the angels.

not want me to reign over them, and slay them

- And if anyone does not obey our word in this
epistle, note that person and do not keep company

in Christ as an enemy? Disobedience!
