  physiographic description of features occurring
  on the land surface and include vegetation types,
  water, or soil types. This layer is based on
  FDOTs 1999 Florida Land Use, Cover and forms
  Classification System and is classified based on
  2004 DOQQ program imagery. A 2007 version is in
  development
