• Required reports for each reporting period

  claimed costs of all the contractors in an
  aggregate form
• Report on the distribution between contractors
  during that period

2. Deadlines for the reports

• All reports and deliverables shall be submitted
  within 45 days following the end of the
  respective periods identified in the contract
• Reporting
• At the start of the project (within 2 months)
• Initial outline report ?
• After each reporting period (every 12 months)
• Periodic management report, periodic activity
  report, an updated outline report, etc.
• At Mid Term (between 24th 30th months)
• Mid-Term Review Report at least 1 month before
  MTR-meeting
• At the end of the project (within 2 months after
  the end)
• A final management report, a final outline report

• Starting date of the project 15.12.2006
• Deadlines for the periodic reports 14.12.2007,
  14.12.2008, 14.12.2009, 14.12.2010 (45 days for
  submission after each deadline)
• Deadline for the Mid-Term review report
  depending on MTR
• Deadline for the final reports 14.12.2010 (60
  days for submission after the deadline)

• By each scientist-in-charge (contractor)
• Financial statement
• By the co-ordinator

• Funding distribution report

• Audit certificates
• Audit certificate for each contractor
• Prepared and certified by independent and
  external auditor (for public bodies it can be a
  competent public officer)
• One for each contractor for each period fixed in
  the contract (min. periods 2 and 4)In our case
  also for period 1
• Audit costs are to be claimed in the period in
  which they were incurred
