Mr. Hartong Environmental Science
2Hartong Travel Agency
Welcome to the Hartong Travel Agency where
traveling to exciting places and discovering new
things is our first priority.
Are you tired of those same old family vacations?
Want to see new and exciting places?
Take a trip to the most interesting Biomes of the
World. Visit and discover what the Terrestrial
Biomes have to offer. Learn about the plant life,
animal life, climate, location and much more.
3Task
You are now an employee of the Hartong Travel
Agency. Your job is to vacation to one of the
Biomes and see what it has to offer. The travel
agency needs your help. Due to the recent economy
crisis, business has been very slow. As an
employee, you need to vacation to one of these
biomes and find out about its plant/animal life,
climate, location, and tell us whether it is a
good vacation spot to bring the family. Your job
is to create a travel brochure, poster or power
point using photos, graphs, and information about
your assigned biome and present it to the class!
4To complete this task, you must log onto my
teacher class page and use the links provided to
research your biome. Go to www.springfieldspart
