Noida: A grand event was recorded at Noida Film City when International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry organized Global Cellphone Cinema Summit at Marwah Studios in association with Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. “It has been 12 years we have been celebrating International Festival of Cellphone Cinema. The most popular Nigerian organization in India-Indo Nigerian Film Association has joined hands with 7th Global Film Festival Noida 2014 scheduled for 11th to 13th November 2014. The organization was framed to develop and promote relation between two countries through films, television and media. INFA has so far conducted number of events related to films to bring in countrymen of both the countries close to each other.

Her sister Manya Seth received the award on the first day of 7th GFFN presented by Sandeep Marwah President of GFFN. Smita Patil (17 October 1955– 13 December 1986) was an Indian actress of film, television and theatre. Regarded among the finest stage and film actresses of her times, Patil appeared in over 80 Hindi and Marathi films in a career that spanned just over a decade. During her career, she received two National Film Awards and a Filmfare Award. She was the recipient of the Padma Shri India’s fourth-highest civilian honor in 1985. Apart from acting, Patil was an active feminist (in a distinctly Indian context) and a member of the Women’s Centre in Mumbai. She was deeply committed to the advancement of women’s issues, and gave her endorsement to films .

The same group and people of Global Film Festival and Global Festival of Journalism, which are now popular brands of festivals in India, initiate the Global Literary Festival. Budapest: The renowned media personality and President of Asian Academy of Film And Television Sandeep Marwah met Jeno Hodi the Director of Budapest Film Academy to revive old relations. AAFT and Budapest Film Academy now will work together in the promotion of cinema and other programs like students exchange, faculty exchange, film festivals of students film and visit to the institutions informed Marwah at a meet at Hotel Marriott River Side during his visit to Budapest in Hungary. “We know each other well and have visited to each others institutions. Last 30 years in Industry and being associated with top film organizations like IMPTPA the renowned film director Ashok Tyagi has been nominated as the festival director of 7th Global Film Festival Noida 2014 to be held at Noida Film City from 11th to 13th November. “I have been part of Global Film Festivals Noida for now six times in different capacities, I am sure I will be able to handle the show perfectly” said Ashok Tyagi accepting the designation announced by Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios in board meeting. “We are well equipped with all the information and style of organizing an international film festival.
