- It is a mandatory obligation to install EN 1825
type grease separators to ensure - that grease , oil and solid wastes are

, milk and food products industry. - Each industry or commercial kitchen places
unique demands on the capacity of grease
separators, lifting equipment and piping
installations. - Customisation therefore calls for tailor-made
designs to individual locations. - Adaptable products of proper size, materials and
design are very important for successful

separator for a given location - Location of the kitchen or the waste generation
point in food processing facility. - Location of the waste treatment point like STP
or disposal point like sewer connection. - Whether the kitchen/waste generation point is on
