About Russell H. Stall
  • Russell H. Stall, President of ResearchWorks,
    conducts strategic marketing research
    specializing in customer satisfaction
    measurement, image and positioning mapping,
    consumer behavior and expectations dimensioning,
    and new product feasibility assessment. Russell
    is experienced with all aspects of qualitative
    and quantitative research and assessment
    including choice modeling, multivariate, factor,
    and cluster analysis. He is an experienced focus
    group moderator and implementation workshop
    leader. His key strength is converting data into
    knowledge by helping clients understand the
    strategic implications of marketing information.
  • Prior to forming ResearchWorks in 1991, Russell
    was a consultant with Mercer Management
    Consulting, where he was responsible for market
    research project management, design, analysis,
    and strategic recommendation for clients.
  • Russell received his M.B.A. from Emory University
    and his B.A. in Psychology from Washington and
    Lee University. He has contributed articles to
    Greenville Magazine, and speaks often at business
    and industry conferences and seminars.
  • He is active in community affairs, having served
    as President the Cancer Society of Greenville
    County, Project Host Culinary School, and
    Covenant Community, an Atlanta Midtown
    life-stabilization program for recovering
    homeless drug addicts. He has also served on the
    boards of Clements Kindness, the Friends of the
    Greenville Zoo, the Childrens Museum of Atlanta,
    and YMCA Camp High Harbour.
  • He is past Chairman of the Marketing Research
    Special Interest Group of the American Marketing
    Association and is a current participant of
    Leadership Greenville Class 31.
