- For institutions with more than 250 desktops
- Purchase perpetual licences
- Products split into three pools Applications,
Systems and Servers 1500 points per pool - Select media sent to customer
- Can be used in conjunction with annual licensing
agreements for additional product requirements

- Customer signs Master agreement and enrolments
under that Master - Sold through EdLars and Lars only
- Purchase either Licence only or Licence

place - Student addendum is signed as part of the Select

- ONLY a qualifying student (a defined term),
parent/guardian or teacher may buy this product
the programme is not open to anyone else. - Student Must be enrolled on a full-time or
part-time basis in a school, college or
university, which is recognised by the applicable
government agency. - Parent/Guardian Have children in the above
category and wish to purchase on their behalf for
their educational use. - Teacher Employed full-time or part-time to
teach within anysuch school, college or
university as above.

- Sold through retail stores and AERs
- Once the customer is no longer eligible for
licence it becomes a perpetual licence - The licence can be loaded on up to three PCs
within the eligible customers home

have WAH rights for - excludes SQL CALs, Class Server SAL, TS CALs, MS
Press titles and Magic School Bus - Use at home extended to include pupils using
institution-owned laptops - This is FOC
27Flexible Buy-out Option
- No need to convert all Windows, Office Pro and
Core CAL licences to perpetual licences - May acquire perpetual licences for products and
quantities desired

- Also completes the School Subscription document
