Provision of dangerous goods information from
shipper to shipping line

• The shipper or forwarder must provide the line
  with full classification details at the initial
  booking stage you will usually be requested to
  complete a shipping line internal booking request
  form
• Later, when you despatch the goods, they must be
  accompanied by a formal dangerous goods
  declaration that complies with IMDG Code
  requirements details in the following section
