• Each beat to have a dedicated beat team, 1 PC,
  1 PCSO, 1 CPO and 1 Special Constable
• Joint approach by Council and Police to address
  Anti-social behaviour, Envirocrime, fear of crime
  and crime
• Specialist teams, such as ASB officers, and
  Rapid Response to support the Beat teams
