• Hello there? I am a slow, slimy creature of
  wetland ponds. Yes you got it. I am a snail!

• Food is what I love the most. Plants and the
  insides of clams and oysters are what I eat.
  Delicious!

• Do you know what I am called? A mollusc which
  is an invertebrate. I have no bones!

• Here comes the scary part. Birds, crabs, and
  small insects can eat me. They are what I call
  enemies. Water pollution can also kill me.

• Well now I will tell you about what the
  magnificent snails look like! First of all we
  have antennas that help us smell and hear. A lot
  of snails are dull colors, but some snails are
  brightly striped or spotted! I am very small.

• Did you ever wonder how we get our shells?!
  Here is how we get them when a body of liquid
  hardens that becomes our shell.

• Now do you know about our babies? They are
  born in eggs instead of live. Some snail parents
  produce a long string of egg pockets.

• Isnt that just interesting! Even though we
  are very wee and slow, dont you think that we
  can be very exiting and interesting!? You can
  agree now, cant you!
