• We have 53 members
• Two additional members are in the process of
  joining Sanabel
• We have a plan of increasing members from the
  following countries Tunisia, Mauritania,
  Djibouti, Morocco, Sudan and Iraq

Actual Services

• Networking making connections between Members
  (e.g Sudan Microfinance Network and Dakhalia
  Businessmen Association)
• Provide international institutions with
  information and contact about our members
• Widely disseminate members news by using
  Sanabels website and the Arabic Gateway

Proposed services

• Create working groups to debate new trends and
  issues relevant to the region
• Have more exposure trips
• Periodically organize local meetings with Sanabel
  members.

• Why creating a new category?
• To include non practitioner institutions
• To create synergy between MFIs and other
  institutions involved in the microfinance
  industry (donors, sponsors, governmental
  bodies)
• To increase the number of members and increase
  Sanabel's income
• To develop research possibilities
