Challenges

• Confidentiality is a concern around HIV status
  for patients
• Stigma misinformation exists towards HIV
  infected women
• who want to be are pregnant
• Telehealth would assist in providing overall care
  to these
• patients, but success still relies upon
• the patients willingness to participate
