• First possible solution is to tie the clothesline
  to the hanger. Using the file to narrow it down
  small enough to fit in.
• Second solution is to have the six people urinate
  down the pipe so that the ball could float out.
• Third solution could be to break the light bulb
  the size of the ball and try and fit it around
  and lift it out.
