  • Its very hard to create a far reaching event.
  • Most terrorist events are very localized.
  • Most kill or injure only people that are within a
    few thousand feet of the event.
  • Plumes of dangerous materials tend to dilute
    quickly and rarely cause immediate health effects
    at great distance.

  • Wash hands before using them to shower.
  • Shower or flush with cool water.
  • Blot dry.
