Access Advice Partnership

• In partnership with Configure UK
• Offered to service providers to meet their
  obligations under the DDA
• Advice given to individuals if they feel a
  service provider has discriminated against them

• For service providers to gather views and
  feedback direct from organised groups of disabled
  people who then benefit (we hope) from improved
  access to services
• Past clients have included Cornwall County
  Council, the Dept of Adult Social Care and the SW
  Strategic Health Authority

• The Equality Diversity Board for Cornwall
• Disability Equality and/or Awareness
• Clients include local District Councils and Devon
  Cornwall Police.

  disabled people, their carers, families, service
  providers professionals working within the
  sector

• The Cornwall Diversity Toolkit
• A working document for all organisations in
  Cornwall that will encompass the six strands of
  diversity. It intends to break down barriers,
  improve working conditions and end discrimination
• Discover Magazine
• A full colour lifestyle magazine of interest to
  all but retaining a disability focus

• Of Disability Cornwall is offered to individual
  disabled people at 10 per year with a renewal
  rate of 5 and to Associate groups at 25.00 with
  a renewal of 17.50
