Dean relationships are key!
  • Each one oversees their academy!
  • Have 30 professional staff to work with!
  • Have 350 students to oversee in grades 9-12!
  • Facilitate their Academy Council meetings!
  • Complete peer-observations on all professional
    staff within their academy!
  • Attend team meetings each week!
  • Work with kids on academic, attendance and
    behavioral needs!
