Architectural Review Board

• Quarterly report A.R.B. 04/06 7/06
• We are pleased to announce the restructure of the
  A.R.B. and its working committee members as it
  was created in the beginning and will be more
  affective by less interference in doing what is
  the best for our fellow homeowners being
  homeowners thru a committee now work for the
  homeowner and report to the board other than work
  for the board and report to the homeowner. Our
  recent successes are the placement of
  professionals such as, architect, road engineer,
  superintendent, electrician supervisor and all
  over qualified volunteers to ensure the best
  result of any request of our fellow homeowners,
  at this time we have maximum coverage to respond
  immediately and process the request of an
  homeowner at the highest priority, we have
  structured A.R.C. to move approval far faster
  than thirty days. Our goal is to turn around a
  request in fourteen days we believe without
  standing support that weve had and we are sure
  that this is possible. In closing I would like
  to assure the board that the A.R.C. is fully
  staffed and ready to roll, at this time we are at
  maximum capacity and would like to inform you of
  our successes. First the approval of vinyl
  fencing under the covenants description as other
  materials stated in the covenants, we hope this
  will please our fellow homeowners and here are
  the rest of our stats.

Neighborhood Crime Watch Committee

• Quarterly report to the board of Brannan Mill
  Plantation 4/06 7/06
• Our first success, neighborhood watch block party
  executed on 4/22/06 was outstanding success and
  our deepest appreciation goes to all the
  participants and vendors that donated there time
  efforts even though the weather was not on our
  side it still was shining success. Crime Watch
  was back online with several applications and
  many volunteers.
• Our next success, neighborhood watch meeting
  7/01/06, at that time we were able to establish
  more communication with other homeowners about
  neighborhood watch program and appointing
  community volunteers and key positions to ensure
  the crime watch will be successful and the
  upcoming future.

Youth Crime Watch Committee

• Well the youth watch has been a fairly decent
  success. I sent out about 600 flyers and I got a
  total of about 6 back. We currently are trying to
  get some meetings together with the people that
  volunteered. But so far it has been a great time
  and somewhat a great help to our neighborhood.
  Youth Watch has been a great asset to the crime
  watch by getting information that some of the
  adults were not able to get so us youth got it
  for them. Well thank you for your great support
  with the youth crime watch and we look forward in
  advancing in our youth crime watch.
