• Joan Miro is a Spanish painter. He was born April
  20th, 1893. He was a clerk in a drugstore, but he
  had a nervous breakdown. He went to the Barcelona
  school of fine arts. He also went to Academia
  Gali. He also was a son of a goldsmith.

• He also took business classes in 1907. His mom
  was a jewelry maker. His parents would have
  preferred him to be a serious business man, but
  Joan liked painting dream like images more.

• His parents finally accepted that he wanted to
  be an artist, but then didnt give him much
  support . He met Pablo Picasso in Paris , as well
  as many other famous painters. By 1930 Miro had
  his own style of painting.

  painting. Many people admire him. His parents
  thought he could be doing better things, But he
  got famous.
