Further Evidence Required

• Paperwork kept to a minimum
• Contents of Manuals, use of samples. Some
  specific policies / procedures.
• Most information should be readily available
• Confirmation by auditor that SPG has been
  properly applied

• Recommendation for full accreditation
• Recommendation for interim accreditation
  (time-limited)
• Recommendation that not accredited
• BOROUGHS MAKE FINAL DECISION

• Very limited time available to complete Stage 1
  and Stage 2
