directory of services (SP and non SP) been
available with a mechanism and checks in place
for updating. - First time have easily accessible contact details
for services in area all staff working with
same data consistency - Simple and quick to use

plan move-ons, as more info available. - Extends the number of services available for
client as they are gathered together for first
time - Opportunity for better continuity for clients
can find out more about where a client has come
