• But the supply is limited
• Only 1 of Londons rooms fully accessible now
• Its about service, not just facilities
• --only 5 are in wheelchairs

What do the customers say?

• Are there steps? Where are the toilets? Is it
  flat getting in and out of the car park? Is the
  toilet en-suite or is it separate? Just things
  like that. Other people wouldnt bat an eyelid
  about it would they? Theyd just go.
• Youve got to check because its no good having
  your holiday ruined is it? And it can be ruined
  if they havent got the facilities.

Its no good booking a hotel if theres a flight
of steps up to the hotel and no access for
wheelchairs .
