  • Drug Abuse Resistance Education
  • Elementary school curriculum taught by uniformed
    Police Officers to educate students to resist
    drug use/abuse
  • Taught in over 50 of US school districts in all

DAREs Mission
  • To provide children with the information and
    skills they need to live drug-and-violence-free
    lives. Additionally, it establishes positive
    relationships between students and law
    enforcement, teachers, parents, and other
    community leaders.

    risks and effects
  • Compare normative beliefs of peers with national
