Functional Requirements

• Be able to play a game of spades using only legal
  moves.
• Provide interface between AI, the user, and 3rd
  party Spades playing programs.
• Use machine learning for adaptive play.

• To be able to win at least 60 of games against
  current Spades playing AI.
• Microsoft Spades
• Yahoo Spades
• To be able to make each move within 30 seconds.

Testing

• Test 60 win rate
• Play a large set of games and measure if the
  winrate is at least 60 with a 90 confidence.
• 30 second time limit
• Generate a sample of the most computationally
  intensive example hands and check if limit
  exceeded
• Generate a message every time a move takes longer
  than 30 seconds
