    CONCORD accepts to facilitate launch of a
    CSO-only process

    effectiveness for CSOs, guidelines and best
    practices by the end of 2010 (in time for the 4th
    HLF)
  • Preparatory phase up to December 2008

Paris, 29/30 June 2008
  • Objective 1 review issues and outcomes arising
    from prior discussions on CSO effectiveness
  • Objective 2 reach common understanding on
    governance and the mandate of the process,
    including on the Global Facilitation Group
  • Objective 3 identify key issues that need to be
    addressed
