Cloud Information

• Clouds come in many different shapes and sizes
• Clouds provide rain, snow and shade for those hot
  days!
• Clouds retain heat
• Clouds form by water vapor condensing onto small
  solid particles

Types of Clouds

• Cumulus Clouds Look puffy in appearance. If the
  cloud does not get very tall, it indicates fair
  weather. If the cloud grows tall, it can create
  thunderstorms.
• Stratus Clouds Look like flat sheets of clouds.
  They indicate overcast or steady rain.
• Cirrus Clouds Are high feathery clouds. They can
  be an indicator of fair weather.
