  the events, accomplishments, and criteria of the
  IMP.

• Defines Dates and durations
• Provides
• Cost/Schedule integrity via WBS SOW

• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) consistency

Government/Contractor IMP

• JLTV Government IMP
• Section C of the JLTV contract was the basis.
• Centered around the Technical Design reviews to
  drive an Event Based program.
• Cross-functional, foundational document that
  drives the Program Management and IPT actions and
  deliverables.
• JTLV Contractor IMP
• A detailed IMP that supports the Government IMP.
• Government IMP is a minimum set of requirements
  for each event.
• Cross-functional, foundational document that
  drives the Program Management and IPT actions and
  deliverables.
• Sets directional focus of IPT and tracks its
  progress.
• A final Integrated Master Plan is due at IBR, and
  updated as applicable at PDR, CDR, and TRR.
