- Client satisfaction improved for waiting time,
staff courtesy and FP information provided - West Africa - (Exit Interviews in Burkina Faso,
Cameroon Togo) - 98 indicated satisfaction with reception at the
clinic - 90 noted acceptable waiting time, and 92
reported privacy
