Fire Certification
4 Fire Certificate must be issued by Meath County
Council Fire Deptdecision within 2 months of the
date of receipt of the application, unless an
extension of time is agreed
5 The decision may be appealed to An Bord
Pleanala within one month of the date of the
decision
1 Pre-planning consultation with Meath County
Council Fire Dept to discuss main aspects of
project
2 Fire Certificate Application will be lodged
with MeathCounty Council Fire Dept prior to
construction
3 Meath County Council Fire Dept may request
additional information regarding the project
CER Application
1 An Application for Authorisation to Construct a
Generating Station must be submitted to the
Commission for Energy Regulation (CER)
2 The CER may request additional information
prior to or during its assessment of the
Application
3 Once the CER is satisfied all relevant
information has been supplied it will complete
its assessment of the application and issue
