The Action Plan

• Provides comprehensive public health strategy
  and framework to guide health practitioners and
  policy makers actions in heart disease and
  stroke prevention

• The Action Plan contains 22 recommendations for
  preventing heart disease and stroke
• National Forum work done through 7 Implementation
  Groups
• Each groups focuses on specific recommendations
  from Action Plan
