Reporting Requirements apply to Coeus Awards

• Before you use Reporting Requirements you should
  have
• Pending proposal which will become the basis for
  your award
• Templates based on sponsor with standard
  reports identified
• Award notice from sponsor identifying the
  reporting needs for this project

Award Activation will initiate Reporting
Requirements

• Find the proposal that funds the award
• Find the award template that matches the award
• Automatic for awards with - 001 extension

Adjust reporting requirements based on award
notice

• Review notice for required reports
• Review ORSPA procedures for required internal
  reports
• Adjust report entries for technical/management
  reports
• Use the Reports tab in Coeus Award window
• Option to generate reporting requirements for
  awards at lower levels of hierarchy

Definitions

• Class Technical/Management
• Frequency how often the report is due (monthly,
  quarterly, 60 days after expiration date)
• Frequency Base what is the date to use for
  calculating the due date
• Distribution form of the report
• Due date not required, use only when needed
  with as required.
