Payment Info

• ROOM RENTAL PRICES
• Main Event Room
• 800.00 minimum for up to 4 hours
• 550 person maximum for seated events 750 person
  maximum standing room only
• Price includes 2 hour setup/decorating time
• Room Rates may vary depending on type of
  function, number of guests and availability.

DEPOSIT POLICY AND FINAL PAYMENT TERMS Booking
Deposit A 250 - 500 deposit (depending on
expected number of guests) will be necessary to
hold a reservation for your date. A contract will
then be sent to you covering the details of your
reception Final Reservation Deposit Two (2)
months prior to your function date an additional
50 deposit will be due to guarantee booking
date All deposits are non-transferable and
non-refundable Payment in full is due 10 days
prior to your function. The final bill will
include the base package price, liquor costs,
gratuity, and taxes minus any deposits paid on
the account

Other Information

• CASH BAR - Always Available. Guest may purchase
  liquor and/or wine of their choice by the drink,
  based on our listed prices
• LIMITED HOST BAR - The host may choose to present
  a limit for liquor and/or wine by either a dollar
  amount or a time limit. Host may also purchase
  kegs to be distributed to guests. This
  arrangement can be used in conjunction with the
  CASH BAR process once the host limit has been
  reached
• FULL HOST BAR - A complete liquor and wine bar
  will be available to your guests for the full
  time of your function.
• Since The Old Moose Event Centers Banquet Hall
  is a licensed facility, alcoholic beverages may
  not be brought onto the property.
• The Old Moose Event Centers bar staff is
  knowledgeable of Ohio State Liquor Laws and will
  require proof of legal age and will also reserve
  the right to refuse service to any guest reaching
  an intoxicated level.
• Along with our controls, we ask that the function
  sponsors inform The Old Moose Event Centers of
  any guest who may be attempting to circumvent The
  Old Moose Event Centers efforts in maintaining
  legal liquor service.
• The Old Moose Event Center encourages "designated
  drivers" and will be happy to call a cab for
  anyone in need
