    kind of food should be taken to eat at meal and
    snack time.
  • It is must for everyone to take well balanced
    diet. But if you have diabetes, you should
    strictly follow a special diet.
  • Decide foods you like that gratify you and
    comprise carbohydrate foods in every meal or
    snack to administer blood glucose levels.
  • Follow this model meal plan to acquire the
    healthy eating habit.

Breakfast

  • 1 slice toasted whole wheat bread with 1 teaspoon
