  • Do you want to be invited to a Success team?
  • Involved in a Success team means to take part
    with your will..
  • Is a extraordinary way to reach personal and
    professional aims.
  • The problem many people have ideas, dreams and
desires but they fail because they have not the
resoluteness and willingness to approach it.
  • A success team gives people the power to reach
    goals in a group.
  • The basis is the principle of support. 4 to 6
people (the team) help each other in following
    and reaching continuously a individual,
    professional or private goal.
  • Important The persons should not know each other
before. They should belong to different working
ore living fields and follow different goals.
  • To reach this, each person has to have a precise
goal. The team meets periodically to look at the
individual goals and to help to fulfil them. This
meetings are determined by a special structure
which is commited by the team members at the
    beginning of the common work.

10
  • Our goals are
  • To learn what different regions are doing in the
area of long life learning in order to diminish
    the rural escape (brain drain..)

    identities etc

  • Couselling, promoting, supporting, make
    projectplans
  • Can we involve our local teams in the European
cooperation in order to test our capacity?
  • Get people togheter, inspire them, take part in
    the activities..?

  • Contact and plan chosen target groups of learners
and experts in the host structure or outside of
    it in partner organisations.
  • Contact authorities that might be useful to
involve as experts and lectures for learners but
also for the European common seminars during this
first year (this concern the organisers in Czech
and in Finland during the first project year).
