Genesis of CI-SCaT

• Initially a collaboration between clinicians from
  3 Sydney hospitals, headed Professor Robyn Ward
  from St Vincents Hospital
• Responsibility assumed by Cancer Institute NSW in
  October 2004
• Launched as CI-SCaT in August 2005
