    to shop for many important things for summer.
    Like others, Our food and eating habits can also
    be summer-friendly for us.

  • Fruits and vegetables are the best food for
    making a perfect and balanced diet meal. As we
    all know, how healthier is fruits and vegetables,
    but there are some fruits and vegetables which
    are summer-friendly for us such as Watermelon,
    Cucumber, Eggplant, Mangoes, Lychees, and many
    more others. These are highly rich sources of
    many beneficial nutrients that help our body to
    maintain and balance the body system to work
    properly. This is why I would recommend consuming
    fruits and vegetables more.

  • You may know that some fruits and vegetables are
    highly rich in taste and nutrients but it has
    other beneficial properties in it like fruits and
    vegetables contain water properties in it, and by
    consuming it daily, it helps our body to lower
    the risk of dehydration.

There are so many fruits and vegetables who
contain water such as-
  • Watermelon - Watermelon is made up of 92 water
    which is very good for eating on summer days.
    Watermelon stands first on the top chart of
    hydrated fruit because it contains 92 percent of
    water in it that is alone enough to hydrate your
    body. Watermelon contains a less amount of sugar,
    so it means it is healthy for our body even if we
    eat it a lot.
  • Cucumber - Cucumbers contain water properties, it
    has 95 percent water and is the best vegetables
    to eat to hydrate your body. It has so many
    health benefits, it helps in getting out toxins
    from your body and helps to maintain healthy
    skin.

Strawberries - It contains 92 percent of water in
it and is widely used in every sweet dish.
Strawberries are good for skin as well as.
  • Spinach - Spinach is also a good source of water
    and it contains 91 of it.
  • Tomatoes - Tomatoes contain a high rich water
    property. Tomatoes are made up of 95 percent of
    water and it is a great source of antioxidant
    lycopene which is beneficial for many health
    problems.

  • Just to maintain a balanced diet we need to eat
    different types of vegetables and fruits because
    all veg and fruit contain different portions of
